Rule 137
Public Notice of Purchase Agreement

(1) Within three days of entering into a procurement contract, the concerned public body shall publicly place a notice in the electronic procurement system of the procurement monitoring office with the name, address, work according to the contract, purpose, amount, duration and other necessary details regarding the procurement with the following cost estimate:-
(a) Other services and goods exceeding twenty lakh rupees,
(b) Consultancy services exceeding twenty lakh rupees,
(c) Public works of more than two million rupees.
(2) If the details as per sub-rule (1) are on the website of the relevant public body, arrangements shall be made to keep them on the website of the District Coordination Committee, District Administration Office, Provincial Accounts Controller's Office, District Treasury and Accounts Controller's Office and on the relevant local level notice boards. 1(2a) In case of public construction, the related public body shall keep a notice board in such a way that it can be seen and seen by all, even at the construction site.
(3) In addition to the results of the evaluation of tenders or consultancy services, the public body shall include in the notice as per sub-rule (1) the date of publication of notices related to tenders, proposals or sealed bids, the name of the newspaper, the number of notices, the subject of procurement, the name and address of the contracting bidder, proposer or sealed bidder. And the price of the contract should be disclosed.
